These screws are prone to breaking when upgrading or replacing the OEM low beam projector. The acorn nut is Loctited on from the factory to aid in adjustment and is very hard to remove.

Unfortunately they cannot be ordered from Lotus without ordering the entire headlight bracket assembly. After exhaustively searching other manufacturers and hardware suppliers for a suitable replacement we ended up have to have them custom manufactured to our specifications.

We recommend using Blue Loctite on the nuts during re-installation so they do not unscrew under regular headlight adjustments but can still be removed if need in the future.
